Antipasto means “before the meal” and is a traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. Add our tender whole ocean clams to your favorite antipasto for a great meal starter. We like a combination of grape tomatoes, banana peppers, olives and artichokes.
Clam and Artichoke Dip
This wonderful hot dip can be served with crackers or toasted bread rounds. Also, versatile enough to make a great stuffing for chicken breasts or an omelet!
Baja Stuffed Clams
We mixed up the traditional stuffed clam and gave it a Mexican twist with pico de gallo, black beans, corn and jalapeños.
Clam Spring Rolls
These spring rolls are a refreshing change from the usual fried variety. Combine clams, rice noodles, vegetables, herbs and roll tight. Serve with peanut sauce and sriracha; they are a great summer time appetizer.
