Clam Dip

This chilled clam dip is made with sour cream and cream cheese, clams, and various seasonings. Great dip served with chips, crackers or raw fresh vegetables.

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. If necessary to thin dip, add clam juice liquid gradually. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Delicious with chips, crackers, or fresh raw vegetables.

Yield: Approximately 250 servings for a party of 25 people

Ingredients

  • 1 51 oz. can Sea Watch Chopped Clams, juice drained and reserved for thinning
  • 1 ¼ lb. cream cheese (20oz.)
  • 7 ½ Cups sour cream
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic & onion salt (to taste)
  • Approximately 22 drops Tabasco sauce
  • Sprinkle of parsley
