Flour tortillas filled with savory Sea Watch Seafood Stuffing and spices, rolled and fried until golden brown, topped with jalapeño peppers and cherry tomatoes.
Preheat a deep fryer to 350⁰F. Place ¼ cup of Seafood Stuffing in a flat line across each tortilla. Roll the tortillas up and secure the end of the tortilla with a toothpick to make the seafood taquitos. Deep fry the seafood taquitos for 2-3 minutes, or until the Seafood Stuffing reaches an internal temperature of 165⁰F. Place the seafood taquitos onto a serving dish and top with the jalapeño peppers and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with cilantro.
