Fresh fish fillets and shrimp stuffed with Sea Watch Seafood Stuffing, garnished with fresh parsley and served with a lemon wedge.
Preheat an oven to 350F. Spread the fish fillet with 3 Tbsp. of Seafood Stuffing, then roll it up. Stuff each shrimp with 3 Tbsp. of Seafood Stuffing and wrap it with a slice of bacon. Place the shrimp on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the Seafood Stuffing reaches an internal temperature of 165⁰F. Place the fish fillet and shrimp onto a serving dish and garnish with parsley. Serve with a lemon wedge.
