These shells are loaded with clams, cheese, onion, peppers, and savory spices. This product can go to the table in many spots, appetizers, combo platters, bar snacks and more. All the work has been done, just bake them off and watch your patrons order more. Ocean Clams have been under federal management since 1977 and are considered by many to be one of the best-managed fisheries in the world.

KEEP FROZEN until ready to use – Do not refreeze
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. (74°C).
BAKING: Place Stuffed Clams in Natural Shells on tray in oven:
Conventional: Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes (2oz).
Convection: Bake at 400°F for 14-16 minutes (2oz).
Signature Toppers: Whole Ocean Clams, Shrimp, Bacon, marinara sauce, just use your imagination.
