Sea Watch Italian Breaded Calamari is a great stand-alone product for appetizers, entrees, on seafood combination platters. It can also be used to dress up a entrée salad adding both value and flavor.
For each salad: toss 2 cups lettuce, ½ cup tomato halves, ½ cup cucumber pieces and 3 tbsp. red onion slices with 3 tbsp. dressing; mix to coat well. Arrange on top of chilled dinner plate or in large salad bowl. Top each salad with 4 oz. prepared calamari. Sprinkle the top of each salad with 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese and serve accompanied with 4 lemon wedges.
