This Asian inspired dish combines clams, garlic, green onions, chili peppers and lots of fresh basil. Loaded with flavor, low in fat, and packed with protein it will be a new favorite!
Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes, add peppers and cook for another minute. Add clam meat and stir-fry until clams are cooked. Add basil, soy sauce and starch. Let sauce thicken and serve over rice or wide noodles.
