Seafood Stuffed Lobster & Mushrooms
A fresh lobster tail and button mushrooms filled with Sea Watch Seafood Stuffing and baked until golden.
Yield: 2 Servings
Preheat an oven to 350⁰F. Place 1 Tbsp. of Seafood Stuffing into each button mushroom onto a baking sheet. Place ½ cup of Seafood Stuffing in each lobster tail and place it onto the same baking sheet. Season the button mushrooms and lobster tails with thyme, salt and black pepper. Place 1 Tbsp. of butter on each lobster tail, then bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the Seafood Stuffing has reached an internal temperature of 165⁰F. Place the button mushrooms and lobster tails onto a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
1½ Cups Sea Watch Seafood Stuffing, thawed
4 Each Button Mushrooms, stems removed
2 Each Lobster Tails, split
1 Tbsp. Thyme, Chopped
To Taste Salt & Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
Garnish Parsley, chopped
