Seafood Rice Pilaf

Next time you make your rice pilaf trying cooking the rice in clam juice; it will give it incredible flavor.

Instructions

Use 5 cups of clam juice in place of water in the rice cooking instructions. Prepare vegetables by simmering them in 1/2 cup of clam juice and 1 tsp. of lemon juice. Combine cooked rice with cooked vegetables.

Yield:  10-4 oz servings

Ingredients

  • 5 Cups Clam Juice
  • 2 1/2 Cups Long Grain Wild Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Green Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Clam Juice
