Sea Clam Roll

Chopped Sea Clams folded with diced celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise and parsley, served on a hoagie roll with leaf lettuce, red onion and sliced tomato.

Yield: 1 Servings


Heat a small sauté pan over medium-high heat and add the butter. Add the garlic and cook until it becomes translucent. Add in the Chopped Sea Clams and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove Chopped Sea Clams from heat and let cool. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the Chopped Sea Clams, celery, red onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, paprika, parsley, salt and black pepper to make the clam salad. Fill the hoagie roll with leaf lettuce, red onion, tomato and the clam salad.


1 Cup                           Sea Watch Chopped Sea Clams, thawed
2 Tbsp.                        Butter
1 tsp.                           Garlic, Minced
¼ Cup                         Celery, Minced
2 Tbsp.                        Red Onion, Minced
1 tsp.                           Lemon Juice
¼ Cup                         Mayonnaise
¼ tsp.                          Paprika
¼ tsp.                          Parsley, Chopped
To Taste                      Salt & Black Pepper
1 Each                          Hoagie Roll, Split
2 Each                          Leaf Lettuce Leaves
3 Each                          Red Onion Slices
3 Each                          Tomato Slices
