A grilled and pressed flour tortilla filled with Gourmet Chopped Ocean Clams, Chihuahua cheese, roasted red peppers and caramelized onions, served with salsa and sour cream.
Yield: 1 Serving
Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the Chihuahua cheese, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, Gourmet Chopped Ocean Clams, salt and black pepper onto one half of the tortilla and fold it closed. Grill the tortilla for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted. Cut it into thirds and serve with salsa and sour cream. *Reserved clam juice should be saved for a flavorful component in rice, pasta and sautés.
