Here is unique way to use our canned New England Clam Chowder and turn into another comfort food, a potpie!
Prepare chowder, only using ½ can of heavy cream. Saute chopped onion and celery in butter. Add vegetables, saute mixture and spices to chowder. Pour into the pie crusts. Place top crust over mixture and brush with egg yolk. Bake at 375ºF until crust is flakey & golden brown.
Add your own ingredients to make it a signature pot pie.
