Clam Fajitas

Everybody loves fajitas, but have they ever tried clam fajitas? Tender sweet hand shucked clam strips pack a flavorful punch in these fajitas!


Sauté peppers and onions in an iron skillet. In the olive oil, add garlic and sprinkle with the fajita seasoning. Remove veggies when cooked and place clams in skillet, flavor with lime juice. Sprinkle with paprika and flip clams a couple of times until done. Place veggies on a platter and the clams on top. Serve with warm flour tortillas along with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce and guacamole.

  • 1 lb. Sea Watch Raw Super Surfer Clam Strips
  • 1½ Cup of each, Red and Green Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 of a Large White Onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Paprika
