Clam Chowder Cakes

Instructions
Make sure the clam meat is thawed out. Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours. Heat oil flavored with butter in a large sauté pan. Spoon in mixture, pan fry on both sides until golden brown.
Yield: 12 – 14 (2 inch cakes)

- 8 oz. Sea Watch IQF Chopped Sea Clams
- 6 oz. Russet Potato, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Onions, dehydrated minced
- 1/8 Cup Celery, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Meal
- 2 Tbsp. Dehydrated Potato Flakes
- 2 Large Eggs, beaten
- ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
