Baja Stuffed Clams
We mixed up the traditional stuffed clam and gave it a Mexican twist with pico de gallo, black beans, corn and jalapeños.
Combine all ingredients, scoop into clamshells. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
- 1 Cup Sea Watch Gourmet Chopped Sea Clams, juice drained
- 1 Cup Pico de Gallo
- ½ Cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ Cup Corn, thawed
- ½ Jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 Lime, squeezed
- 1 Tsp. Chili Powder
- ½ Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
