Baja Stuffed Clams

We mixed up the traditional stuffed clam and gave it a Mexican twist with pico de gallo, black beans, corn and jalapeños.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, scoop into clamshells. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sea Watch Gourmet Chopped Sea Clams, juice drained
  • 1 Cup Pico de Gallo
  • ½ Cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ Cup Corn, thawed
  • ½ Jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 Lime, squeezed
  • 1 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • ½ Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
