Heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil in a small sauté pan on medium heat. Add in the red bell pepper, carrot and white onion, then sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened. Stir in the teriyaki sauce, then remove from heat. Place the white rice onto a serving dish and place the vegetables on top. Top with the Thick-N-Tasty Clam Strips, then garnish with scallions and black sesame seeds.
