Soy Ginger Sauce for Steamer Clams

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the onions and heat gently until sugar is dissolved. Add the onions at the time of serving.

Application:  Use for dipping steamer clams

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Lite Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Juice from Lemon
  • 1 Tsp. Ginger
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup spring onions, sliced very thin
  • 1/4 Cup White Rice vinegar
