Portuguese Clam Stew

Chopped Sea Clams stewed with Spanish chorizo, flaked whitefish, shrimp, diced onion, roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic, bay leaf, garnished with fresh cilantro and served with a piece of grilled baguette. Yield: 2 Servings
