Sea Watch Jersey Shore Clam Strips with sliced Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing on toasted marble rye bread, served with French fries.
Yield: 1 Serving
Heat a small sauté pan with the butter on medium heat. Toast the marble rye on both sides for 1-2 minutes each, or until golden. Spread Thousand Island dressing on one slice and place the Swiss cheese on the other. Top the Swiss cheese with the Jersey Shore Clam Strips and sauerkraut. Place the other slice of rye on top and serve with French fries and ketchup.
