Clam Chowder Casserole

New England Clam Chowder mixed with egg noodles, green peas, bacon, and hot sauce, topped with crumbled crackers and baked, garnished with fresh parsley.


Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together the New England Clam Chowder, egg noodles, green peas, bacon bits, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Grease a medium sized baking dish and fill with the mixture. Top with the saltine crackers and paprika. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden-brown. Top with parsley and serve.


4 cups                      Sea Watch New England Clam Chowder, thawed
6 cups                      Egg Noodles, cooked
1 cup                        Green Peas
½ cup                       Bacon Bits
1 Tbsp.                     Hot Sauce
1 tsp.                        Salt
½ tsp.                       Black Pepper
1 sleeve                    Saltine Crackers, crumbled
1 tsp.                        Paprika
1 Tbsp.                     Parsley, chopped
