Clam Ka-Bobs

Instructions

Roast vegetables on a sheet pan in oven. Skewer clams and vegetables. Melt butter and add garlic powder and pepper. Brush mixture over skewers. Broil or bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes, reapply butter halfway through. For best results, grill. Serve on a bed of rice.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can Sea Watch Whole Ocean Clams, drained
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cut into eighths
  • ½ lb. Mushrooms, fresh
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small can Pineapple chunks
  • ¼ lb. Butter
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Black pepper
  • Prepared rice of your choice
