A toasted pretzel roll topped with Sea Watch Narragansett Beer Battered Clam Strips, herbed goat cheese, whole grain mustard, sauerkraut and pickled red onions.

Heat the apple cider vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and black pepper in a small saucepot over medium heat. Once the mixture has been brought to a simmer, add in the red onion. Remove the pickled red onions from the heat and add in a ½ cup of ice to bring them to room temperature. Spread the herbed goat cheese on the bottom half of the pretzel roll and the whole grain mustard on the top half. Place the sauerkraut on the bottom half of the pretzel roll and top with Sea Watch Narragansett Beer Battered Clam Strips, pickled red onions and finish with the top bun.
