Spinach tossed with a red wine vinaigrette and topped with Sea Watch Narragansett Beer Battered Clam Strips, bleu cheese crumbles, hard-boiled egg, chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, avocado and sliced scallions.

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, toss the spinach leaves in the red wine vinaigrette, then place the spinach into a serving bowl. Top the spinach with the Narragansett Beer Battered Clam Strips, bleu cheese, hard-boiled egg, chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, avocado and scallions.
