Old Salt Breaded Soft Shell Clams are the original New England (Ipswich) style frying clams and are popular in many regions bringing with them a true taste of New England. This “Fried Clam” is for operators who want to serve a top quality whole fried clam or, as they say in New England, whole bellies.

Cooking Instructions

KEEP FROZEN: until ready to use – do not refreeze.
*Cook to a minimum, internal temperature of 160°F (71°C)
DEEP FRY: at 350ºF for 3-4 minutes

Fried in soybean oil.
